About Us

G5M is a specialist in acting as private (or in-house) legal counsel for cryptocurrency, DeFi and private market exchanges. However, we are a generalist in areas such as international or domestic arbitration, financial and securities regulation, deal-structuring and corporate finance matters. We offer general counsel service and crypto-regulatory advisory Service(s).

Service

1. We offer the service of seconding our director(s) or employee(s) as business executives in cryptocurrency exchange(s), DeFi compan(ies), GameFi compan(ies), NFT businesses or projects and new media, which is in line with Web 3.0 ("Business Operations Secondment")

2. We have also acted as private or (in-house) legal counsel(s) to the abovementioned compan(ies) and/or project(s) on a secondment or assignment basis. In additional to our role as legal counsel in Web 3.0 compan(ies) and businesses, we are able to offer competent representation in private and/or alternative dispute resolution forum e.g. arbitration, mediation and negotiations. We had advised or assisted clients with securities and financial regulation via matters such as Singapore Payment Service Provider Licence applications and advising on the implication(s) FATF Recommendations, we can assist you with this or corporate matters e.g. employment arrangement(s), share transfer arrangement(s) and/or corporate directorship queries ("In-House Counsel Advice").

3. With knowledge specialisation support from Avium Consulting, we can also advise you on the business aspect(s) of launching or running a Web3 Business and/or Pilot Project in areas such as mint pricing and supply, tokenomics, setting a minimum viable product ("MVP"), team structure, social media and marketing strategy and partnership(s). Avium Consulting is the consulting arm of Avium, a Web3 media, entertainment and content brand with deep legal and management consulting experience in technology, media and telecommunications space ("Web3 Advisory: G5M x Avium Consulting"). Our services included but are not limited on a package or ala carte basis:
